Things that make me LOVE life!

my best friends made these shirts for me and gave me a present (chocolate and dr. pepper!) on friday so i wouldn't be stressed... how blessed am i to have friends like that? (check out my mum... isn't it AWESOME?)


i went to the homecoming dance with some random girls and we had SO much fun! we ate at sarah's (second from the right) house for dinner and stayed at the dance until they turned the lights on and everyone left... it was SO much fun!

i went to a pumpkin patch with my sister (I LOVE HER!) and parents today... we almost froze to death but it was really fun... we got the biggest pumpkin in the whole pumpkin patch!

i LOVE putting pictures on my blog and now that i sort of know what i am doing... you will probably see a lot more :) hope you are having a GREAT day!

my insane life...

okay so pretty much life has never been so crazy... hopefully after homecoming things will die down a little, but really i always say that and they never do... oh well i really like being busy :) it's been a week since i posted so here we go...

Pine Cove was AWESOME! i am def. applying to work there next summer... after this weekend i don't know how i could resist it... i met a bunch of girls that work there this weekend and they are all amazing and so encouraging. it is so obvious that they are spirit-led, women of God and i can't even imagine the blessing of getting to spend time learning from them. so on sunday night i printed my application and i have begun working on it!

I LOVE TUESDAY NIGHT BIBLESTUDY! my girls are awesome and i really love them so much... they are all so different from each other and from me, but it is so good! i love having such a huge contrast of personalities so we can all learn from and grow with each other. it is such a good example of how each spiritual life can look completely different, which is something i tend to forget sometimes so it is such a great reminder!

Wed. night was the homecoming parade and pep rally... it was such a blast! i rode in the parade with thomas knapp and it was so fun :) the pep rally was a little nerve racking but i am now in the top five for queen nominees which is really exciting... tomorrow i will get to walk the field with my dad and they will announce the winners just before the game... i am really excited for all of the top five girls and i would be thrilled for any of them to win! they are awesome girls!

Today work was SO fun! melissa was so hyper so we really just had a play day... we stayed outside for forever and it was so fun... i learned a new trick with a jump rope! that was exciting!

This weekend is jam-packed... i have the game on friday... ACTs and the dance on saturday... and i am helping Mike Farney with this carnival thing on sunday! i am so excited about all of those things :)

okay so this week has been LONG and INSANE... but really good, too!

things that have happened:
1. my sister turned 21 today... she is SO old :)
2. i am going to PINE COVE tom! (that one's not new, but it's exciting!)
3. i FINALLY submitted my application to Texas Tech!
4. i survived my first half of sr. english
5. i LOVE tuesday nights (also not new, but still fun!)
6. one of my best friends has a different color of hair
7. i got nominated for homecoming queen
8. i was reminded of how faithful God is
9. i remembered the significance of the bible and realized how often i forget that it's God's word, living and active, and able to change my life
10. i love life!

college

man, applying for college is SO boring... so now i am taking a break:)

i really like not going to school on mondays! this is like the best week EVER!
Monday: Fair Day!
Tuesday: TNT!
Wednesday: Biblestudy!
Thursday: coffee with Kaylah! packing for PINE COVE!
Friday: out of school at 12! off work early.... going to PINE COVE!
Saturday: PINE COVE!

i am so excited!
this weekend was so much fun too... i love the weather and i love hanging out with my friends.... i hope you had an awesome weekend too!

i LOVE october! and i am so excited because it is here! so here is a list of my fav. things about october:

*cooler weather (hopefully)

*haunted houses- this is a new one this year so we'll see
*fright fest
*HALLOWEEN!
*homecoming
*pine cove!
*leaves changing
*long sleeves
*one month from november (which i also really like but for different reasons obviously)
